All parties shall exercise their best efforts to resolve by negotiation all disputes, controversies or differences arising out of or relating to this Agreement. Any dispute not settled by the Parties shall be referred to an Arbitrator in Rajkot who will be bound by the express terms of this Agreement and under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot.
